<p>Welcome!</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">JCF Boot Camp is Jersey City&#8217;s #1 fitness and nutrition boot camp for women of all ages and fitness levels.  Our program is designed to challenge <strong>YOUR</strong> fitness level!  For 4 weeks, one hour a day, you will be motivated and pushed, not only physically but mentally.  As a member of JCF Boot Camp, you will be put through a variety of exercises and activities to help you attain your health and fitness goals &#8211; ultimately obtaining optimum fitness.</p>
<p>Optimum physical fitness is made up of the following ingredients:</p>
<p><strong>Cardiovascular Endurance</strong> &#8211; the ability of the heart to provide oxygen to muscles during physical activity for a prolonged period of time&#8230; are you out of breathe climbing a flight of stairs?</p>
<p><strong>Muscular Strength &#8211; </strong>the maximum amount of force a muscle or muscle group can develop during a single contraction&#8230; how much weight can you lift?</p>
<p><strong>Muscular Endurance &#8211; </strong>the ability<strong><em><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;color:black;font-size:small;"><strong><em> </em></strong></span></em></strong>of a muscle to do continuous work over a long period of time&#8230; how long can you lift the weight before failing?</p>
<p><strong>Flexibility (range of motion) &#8211; </strong>the amount of movement that can be accomplished at a joint&#8230; can you touch your toes?  Are your muscles and joints flexible?</p>
<p><strong>Body Composition &#8211; </strong>healthy body weight; different tissue types including lean tissues (muscle, bone, blood, organs, etc.) that are metabolically active, and fat (adipose) tissue that is not.</p>
<p>Improving these 5 aspects, will improve your overall fitness and health!!</p>
