It’s wild to think that just a few weeks ago, running one lap left my lungs gasping for air and my legs burning and now, on my days off I crave the adrenaline rush I get from the workout. “I have enjoyed the Session II (09/08 – 10/08) from 5:30 – 6:30 AM. This is one of the best things I did. At first, I was not sure about getting up to workout at 5:30AM but after a day or two of the fresh air exercises, I was hooked. This bootcamp has helped me change my lifestyle into the direction I have been trying to go for past 2 years. I feel great, confident, healthier and energetic. “If you are looking for something to keep yourself healthy, keep you in shape and actually works and help you loose some pounds ; if u are tired of trying everything such as gym, dance classes, dieting , exercising yourself , and wasting money then just join this boot camp and trust me this is all you have to do. I joined boot camp in September and I LOVE IT. I feel great everyday after the workout and throughout the day. Another plus point is you make new friends who encourage you at points when you feel you can’t do it. Sometimes, we divide in teams and play games which keeps us going and is a good cardio workout. “I am so happy I found this bootcamp. I used to be a big runner and in reccent years have gotten bored and unmotivated by the thought of running. It was time to find something new and energizing. “I’ve been working out with Daris for over a year and part of his boot camp for the past 4 weeks. As a result of this intense training, I am now the most physically fit that I’ve ever been in my adult life. I love Daris’ approach to work outs. The best word to describe his routine is BALANCE!!! Daris switches the format every day and while, I never know what to expect, I know that I’ll get a fair balance of cardio, abs, core, weights, and resistance. Daris is also creative in how he incorporates props into our workout. For example, he once incorporated car into our training, but I won’t reveal his secrets, so you’ll have to come to one of his sessions to find out more. But the results are clear. I have lost pounds, am toned, but most importantly, I feel stronger and healthier. Daris has made it clear from the beginning… we MUST hold ourselves accountable for showing up every day and for what we eat, drink and do the other 23 hours of the day. He’s also said, that this program is not about losing pounds, but about overall fitness, strength and losing body fat. If you’re looking for a quick fix that will result in losing 20 pounds in 4 weeks, this is probably not the right program for you. But if you’re looking for a lifestyle change, this is the place to be. I am blessed to have this new-found balance in my life and am happy to have found the perfect fit in trainer like Daris.”

“Over the past 10 years I have worked out at the gym and hit the pavement doing all forms of cardio. I love my cardio workouts but after a while it starts to feel very repetitive. It was a pleasure working with you during the august fitness boot camp. Before I signed-up for your camps, I was “out-of-shape”. I had started to develop love handles on my waist side and I just didn’t feel good physically. I tried going to a couple of gyms but I barely had any motivation to do it on my own. I would workout for 15 minutes and then leave. I also tried jogging around my neighborhood after work every night but that also yielded little to no result at all.
Having been a participant at your camp for the last one month, I HAVE SEEN RESULTS! Not only did I loose weight, not only am I looking slimmer but I go to work daily feeling more energized, stress-less and cheerful! Thank you so much. Thank you for the encouragement and for pushing me daily. It was great having different activities planned out daily.
As long as I am still residing in Jersey City, I will be attending your camps. At first, I did not think I could wake up as early as 5am to workout. I said that wasn’t for me, but after the first week, I got used to it and I love it! I would rather workout before work than after work. I definitely recommend your fitness camp to any and every woman in Jersey City!
